About Me

Bio

I grew up in a small town outside of the realm of massage, often thinking I would end up becoming a Shrink, Anesthesiologist, or Petroleum Engineer. Quite the set I know, but I had my reasons. After I finished high school I spent some time in the retail and restaurant industries before some friends of mine noticed I had a talent for back rubs. Before long they convinced me to take a look at the schooling option for it.

I was cautious at first, not knowing what a massage career was like. I honestly never realized before then it was a career at all, but after being accepted to the prestigious East-West College of the Healing Arts it didn't take long to realize how great of a choice I had made. During my time at East-West I was trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, NMT, Trigger Point, and Tuina massage styles alongside intensive Kinesiology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology courses.

Graduating with high grades and high energy, it didn't take me long to get started in the massage Career. I started it at Elements Massage in West Linn and Sherwood. I've been booked solid with them for the entirety of my career so far, and the waitlist is only getting longer, so I'm branching out on my own as well to provide the best massage I can to as many people as possible.

In the future, I plan to expand my knowledge base to incorporate Chiropractics, Anethesesiology, and potentially some research into Topical Stem Cell Treatments.

My Vision

Working out problems is a team effort, by letting me get to know you and your body we should be able to figure out methods to improve your quality of life. Identifying ergonomic issues and educating you on methods of self-care will add longevity to that quality of life. I cant wait to meet you and see how much better your life can be.

Success Stories

Age-old neck injury

One of my first ever success stories was with a client who had recently moved into the state. They had been dealing with chronic neck problems due to an MVA many years ago. It often caused headaches or migraines, and even after years of therapy, they had not been able to work out the problem for more than a few days at a time.

After our first session, the client reported feeling better than they had in years, then a few sessions after, they considered the issue resolved.

Frozen Shoulder

A client came to me a while back complaining of severe shoulder pain. They had been dealing with what they considered a frozen shoulder for a long time and were getting ready to have surgery in hopes of relief. Fortunately, I was able to locate the problem deep in their Subscap during our first session and got the client some relief. With that small amount of relief, their own adamant self-care, and a few more targeted sessions, the client was able to avoid the surgery entirely.
